I have been photographing and doula-ing in the San Diego area for the last seven years. Many happy mommy and baby references available upon request. You can choose from the standard packages listed below, or I can customize to meet your needs.

Basic Sessions: $200
Prenatal, newborn, family, baby showers, birthday parties
Includes:
Two hour photo session, including maternity wardrobe options
Online gallery of 200-400 low resolution proofs plus CD
20 professionally edited photos
5×7 prints of the edited photos

Birth Photography: $800
Includes:
Ideally I will be joining you in active labor (dilated to 4cm).
In addition to photographing the labor and birth, I will capture the first hour or two of you bonding with your newborn.  I will also be sensitive to your desire to have private time as a new family.

After you decide you would like me to photograph your birth, we can set up a meeting where we all can discuss specific wishes, concerns or requests about the session and the photographs. This very special time in your life is sacred and will be treated with nothing less than honor and respect.

When the big day finally arrives, I will meet you at your chosen place of birth during active labor or at home depending on pre-arrangements.

I will capture all the once in a lifetime moments from that point until about two hours after the birth – the love and support of family, the excitement and emotion of the birth, the joy and exhilaration of a brand new life.

Online gallery of 300-600 low resolution proofs plus CD

No surcharge for middle-of-the-night birth photo sessions
Partial refund provision for unanticipated outcomes such as cesarean birth where it is rare to allow more than one support person in a surgical environment.
